The Director General of Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Dr. Bashir Yusuf Jamoh has lauded the lifestyle and ethical behaviour of Late Prince Paeke Dongban, an employee of the agency who died on July 23, last year.
While commissioning a multi-purpose hall built in honour of Late Paeke in Ngootlong, Plateau State, Jamoh described in the deceased as a morally upright young man who was ethically conscious and a good example in the midst of his peers.

NIC dismisses ASUU’s suit against CONUA, NAMDA’s registration
The National Industrial Court Abuja, on Tuesday dismissed the suit filed by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) challenging the registration of the Congress Of University Academics (CONUA) and the Nigeria Association of Medical and Dental Academics (NAMDA) as trade unions by the Federal Government.
Delivering judgment, President of the NIC, Justice Benedict Kanyip held that section 27 of the Trade Union Act allows for more than one trade union in employment.
